General Information:
Delegate packages include the cost of the conference together with meals and refreshments. Other costs such as travel, accommodation and general expenses are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Accommodation can be booked (if rooms are available) at the recommended Park Inn by Radisson.

We have negotiated preferred rates at the Park Inn by Radisson Airport Hotel. Please note that all delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation. Due to limited availability, we recommend booking as soon as you have received final confirmation that your conference registration has been successfully processed.
